There we will start English Yoga/Meditation class
We start Monday 6. February and then continue…
You receive weekly Zoom platform class with pranayama (breathing), yoga exercises that offer your body strength, capacity and balance. We will practice meditations and enjoy relaxation in Sawasana.
I look forward to practice with both groups!
