Classes contain pranayama ( breath work), yoga movements ( flexibitity and power) and meditation ( relaxing into self)

everyone is welcome, there are no levels.

Classes will be each week at the same time, little different days due to my travels.

wear comfortable clothing, bring with you yoga matt and pillow

Come little before class so we can start in time. You can have cup of tee before if you like to.
